Is it possible to emulate the 64 on the Nintendo DS if you had external RAM plugged in threw Port 2

I know that they make External RAM for the nintendo ds so that it can run some of the NDS Homebrew software better (or something like that) I dont know much about NDS Emulation and NDS Homebrewing and if the RAM is even the problem for trying to emulate the 64 on it. If anyone knows anything please let me know.

The NDS isn’t powerful enough emulate to the N64.
