I’m going to buy a new portable games console this summer, and I can’t decide between the XL and the GO. They are about same price so I’m not worried about that. The browser on the XL is inferior compared to that of the Go. But I love the pokemon games, which obviously are only available on DS. I already have a DS lite which i suppose i could stick with for playing pokemon. But I’ve heard the Go is quite small, so if you have big fingers (i have quite small ones) it is hard to play on. I don’t like any other DS games, and like most of the PSP ones. HELP!

There is no need to get a DSI., Since you already have a Nintendo DS to play your Pokemon games, I know that Nintendo DSi has more and better features than the old one, but you can still cross out those features because you will mostly use the Nintendo DSi to play Pokemon games. The most compelling feature in the nintendo dsi is only the little camera, but there is really no difference between the two. The price doesn’t really matter because they both are about the same price. They both are also great handhelds but I think it’s better to carry the PlayStation Portable Go than the Nintendo DSi. Carrying the PlayStation portable Go with is the same as carrying your, games, music, videos, pictures, the internet and so on with you. Even though the Nintendo DSi has some of those features but I prefer the PlayStation Portable Go.
Comparing to games, the Nintendo DSi is ZERO!! Most of them childish and surely you won’t have any fun by playing them. The graphic is horrible and shouldn’t worth the price because of that. The PlayStation Portable Go is small, but has AMAZING games and graphic. Overall, the PlayStation Portable Go is better than the Nintendo DSi..

I personally think that the PSP is better than the DS, but the Go is a horrible device. It’s much more expensive than a normal PSP, and since it can only play games on the PlayStation Store, it can’t even play the entire PSP library. The normal PSPs can do everything that the Go can (except Bluetooth) and more, and they don’t cost $250 either.

Id go with the PSP but if you do get the 3000, do not get the go. The DSi and PSP are both great handhelds but you said you already have a DS and the psp has more features and is more of a portable media device. The GOs suck compared to the PSP 3000, you cant play disc based games on the psp go, you cant use older psp accessories and cords, its really small and the 3000 can do everything the GO does, plus play disc based games and is a lot cheaper

It sounds like you would be better off with a psp go (if you have money for games pokemon lasts a while atleast the new ones do) if pokemon is the only thing you like then get the psp like you said it has a btter browser and more games you like so go for that it’s your best bet. the dsi games are so unrealistic
