anyone know if you can use game boy advance games on the new nintendo ds xl?

it states it has the same properties as the ds lite but not sure if that includes being able to use other nintendo games too. thanks for any info.

nope u cant play gba games. i love gba games so i had to buy i ds lite as well as a dsi xl

    The Nintendo DS XL is the same as the Nintendo DSi, but only bigger size-wise and screen-wise, so no you can’t play gameboy games. Though you can download games online like the Wii Shop Channel but on the DSi.

    For all the new features nintendo is adding to the ds, they needed to take out other features. They decided to have basically NO backwards compatibility. It was also a pretty dumb idea why they wanted to make it larger. For the reasons that it could have more pixels, thus, better graphics.
