Can a Nintendo Wii play Gameboy Advanced games and/or Nintendo DS games on the tv like the gamecube could?

Can a Nintendo Wii play Gameboy Advanced games and/or nintendo ds games on the tv like the gamecube could? I’m thinking about buying one but can’t decide if I should go with a Nintendo DS or get the whole package. If it can do I have to buy a special console expansion or disc for it? Thanks for the help from all future responses!

Without hacking no with hacking which is easy and safe yes GBA works good and people are working on DS
