How much would a thrift store buy a Nintendo DS Lite for?

I need $40.00 for an iTouch so I’m selling my DS Lite but I don’t know if it’s worth it.

If you have time put it on ebay…. A three day auction with paypal only as the payment method would get you at least $50.00.

How about spreading the word among friends ….For $40.00 bucks I am pretty sure you could find a friend that would take that sweet deal.

  2. At a thrift store you would probably just get between $25 and $50 depending on how much they know about them and how much profit they think they can make on it. Even Gamestop only gives $70 if you trade it in toward a DSi, $50 trade in towards anything else, and about $35 cash.

  5. Sorry to tell you, but thrift stores don’t buy merchandise. People donate their no longer wanted merchandise to thrift stores.

You could always try these routes:

    http://www.craigslist.com

    Good luck selling your DS:).

  6. Take it to a video game store like game stop. Game stop would probably give you anywhere from $20.00 to $80.00 depending on the condition.

You can also take it to a thrift store if you wish. They will give you a tax deduction for it.
