when you buy the nintendo ds lite do you have to buy anything else to make it work?…..you just buy the ds and a game, right?

When you buy a new DS lite you should get the DS system, 2 styluses, a charger and a few instruction booklets. Then you buy the games and any other things for it separately.

    yep ur ds will come with a charger which i beleave u can charge 500x before it quits charging :) also it comes with to styluses

    You’ll have to buy games, but you have the spectrum of GBA & DS games to work with. That’s practically it!

    If you’re planning on playing online, you’ll need to a WiFi hotspot to connect to… but that’s completely optional!

    You should be able to get about 15-20 hours of use on a full charge at minimum brightness & without any multiplayer activity. Under maximum brightness, you’ll be able to get about 10 hours. If you do any multiplayer gaming (locally or online), you can practically cut these estimates in half since you’ll be using the built-in WiFi card to connect to others.

    The battery in your DS should last you about 2 years of normal use before its performance drops to about 70% of it’s original capacity. A replacement battery can be ordered from NOA for about $20 w/ shipping.
